Salon Policies

Appointment Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must made 48 hours prior to scheduled service. Same-day cancellation considered a NO SHOW and a fee of 100% of the service will be charged.


Deposit Policy:

Appointments booked online may require a deposit of 50% of the total appointment. This is to be added to your final investment and the balance is due at your appointment. Extensions services require a non-refundable 50% deposit or the full retail cost of hair upon booking.


Refund Policy:

We want to ensure you are happy with your experience and service. If you are not happy with your service, please contact us. Our artists are happy to make the adjustments you need. This is complimentary within 7 days of your service. Please note this does not apply in the event you change your mind about your service. In that event and additional service investment may be required. No refunds will be given as the time of the artist cannot be given back.
