We understand the concern about potential damage to your hair from extensions. At Frē Salon and Extensions, we guarantee that with proper care and regular maintenance, our extensions will not compromise the health of your natural hair. Our artists undergo extensive certification and continued education to ensure they employ the best methods and techniques. Additionally, we provide thorough education to our clients on how to care for their extensions before they leave the salon.
During your extensions consultation, we allocate a dedicated 30-minute session to discuss your hair goals and preferences. This is an essential step where we conduct a thorough assessment of your hair, including color matching and discussing the investment required for your desired extensions. To secure your appointment, the total cost of hair is to be paid in full. Minimal paperwork will also be required during this consultation.
At Frē Salon and Extensions, we exclusively use premium human hair from reputable brands such as Kitsune, Great Lengths, and our very own Frē Extensions. We offer a diverse range of textures, from wavy to coily, ensuring that we have options suitable for every hair type and preference.
Our salon specializes in Invisible Bead Extensions, the safest and most sought-after extension method in the market. This method involves hand-tied wefts that are thin at the seam, providing maximum coverage while remaining lightweight and comfortable for our clients. We use beads and threads to sew the wefts, ensuring a seamless and natural result.
Frē Extensions boasts a texture-focused collection designed to cater to clients with curls, coils, and waves. Each texture option is meticulously crafted to deliver realistic results and enhance hair extension installations. Our collection includes micro wefts for enhanced customization and comfort, with a range of four textures and five customizable colors to choose from.
At Frē Salon and Extensions, our policies are crafted with the utmost care to ensure that every client receives exceptional service and achieves their desired hair goals. We are committed to transparency, professionalism, and exceeding customer expectations in every aspect of our business.
We want to ensure you are happy with your service and experience at Frē. If you are dissatisfied with your hair color, haircut or extension appointment, please reach out to us. We can make complimentary adjustments within the first 7 days after your appointment. Keep in mind, a complimentary adjustment does not take place if you changed your mind about the color, haircut or extension service. In this circumstance an additional charge can take place. In no circumstance will a refund be offered as our stylist's time can not be given back.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to scheduled service. Same-day cancellation considered a NO SHOW and a fee of 100% of the service will be charged. All extension services require a non-refundable 50% deposit or the full retail cost of hair upon booking. Cancellation fee for any extension service is 100% of the total service no matter the deposit. All consultation no shows will be charged the $50 fee. New Guest appointments require a 50% deposit for scheduled services. POLICIES ARE ENFORCED AND NON-NEGOTIABLE. By booking your appointment you agree to all policies and fees.

All consultations require a $30 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
This deposit is a gesture of mutual respect—reserving time in our schedule that’s dedicated just for you.
If you choose to book a corresponding future appointment on the same day as your consultation, we’re happy to transfer the $30 deposit toward the cost of that service. Please also refer to our cancellation policy.
This policy applies to all consultation services, whether you're exploring a major transformation, color correction, or simply need expert guidance on your next steps.
